Perfect for those with limited time, the itinerary covers two of the country's most spectacular destinations: Tarangire National Park and the Ngorongoro Crater. Despite the short duration, this safari delivers unforgettable game viewing experiences, breathtaking landscapes, and the chance to see Africa’s Big Five—all in just two days.


- ITINERARY -

ARRIVE IN TANZANIA

You will be picked up at the Kilimanjaro International Airport and transferred to your hotel in Moshi/Arusha town, you will meet our guide who will brief you on your upcoming safari. 

Day 1: ARUSHA-TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK

After breakfast, you will be met by your private guide to Tarangire National park which is a few hrs from Arusha town-118km. This park has the highest population density of elephants of any park in the northern circuit. It is home to over 550 varieties of birds including the heaviest flying bird-Kori bustard.
The Tarangire national park is very famous for its dense wildlife population during the dry season including lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, and the number of grazers, climbing trees pythons can also be spotted here, and the scattered vegetation covered with baobab and acacia trees makes it a beautiful and distinctive location to visit. Tour activities in Tarangire include game driving, ballooning, bird watching, and guided walking safaris. After lunch, you will drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area for dinner and overnight. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and, Dinner. Accommodation options: Semi-luxury lodges.

Day 2: NGORONGORO CRATER

After an early breakfast, you will drive to Ngorongoro crater referred to as “Africa’s Eden, and a must-visit place. The Ngorongoro crater is the largest unbroken caldera in the world at 2286m above sea level. It is home to up to 30000 animals almost half being wildebeest and zebra. The crater is also one of the few places in East Africa where visitors can be certain of seeing black rhinos. Ngorongoro conservation area was established as a multiple land use area, designated to promote the conservation of natural resources, safeguard the interests of indigenous residents and promote tourism.
This is a unique protected area in the whole of Africa where the conservation of natural resources is integrated with human activities. This UNESCO world heritage site is also a place where you may locate elephants, buffalo, lions, leopards, and many more species both grazers and carnivores. After a full day game drive, late evening you will drive back to Arusha town.
